We run true to size, not big, not small. We are a US size spec and advise ordering the size you order in other brands. Our size chart is for general reference only, as it's impossible to have one size chart fit the hundreds of styles we make. If for some reason an items runs small or large, we will very clearly state such, in bold letters next to the product, so you have the best chance of getting the right fit!

This dress is beautiful, made well and fits true to size. My daughter can’t wait to wear it for Halloween and it will be worn after that as well. Ordered this for my 5 y.o. for Halloween and we both love it. Beautiful detailing, nicely constructed. So much better than the typical Dorothy costumes available this time of year. This is the third costume we’ve purchased from TS and are always pleased.
Re: sizing, Based on the note to order up, we purchased a 7 instead of her usual 6. It is a bit large but will give her some growing room. 6 would have been perfect for now, I think.
This dress is beautiful on and very well made. I agree that you should size up one to ensure it fits. It's absolutely gorgeous and my daughter loves it!
