We run true to size, not big, not small. We are a US size spec and advise ordering the size you order in other brands. Our size chart is for general reference only, as it's impossible to have one size chart fit the hundreds of styles we make. If for some reason an items runs small or large, we will very clearly state such, in bold letters next to the product, so you have the best chance of getting the right fit!
I bought my granddaughter this wand to go with the Duchess dress for Christmas. I was disappointed when it came broken even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I contacted customer service and they sent me out a new one immediately. We received the replacement in just a couple days. Excellent customer service!
