At Trish Scully, every piece is thoughtfully designed with exceptional attention to detail. If your selection isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges through our Returns Center.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 15 days of the original ship date.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Center.

Return Options

Women’s Collection

Eligible for:

  • Refund to original form of payment

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

Refunds to the original form of payment are subject to a $19.99 processing fee.

Exchanges and store credit returns are complimentary.

Kids Apparel, Home & All Other Collections

Eligible for:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

Refunds are not available for Kids Apparel, Home, or other non-women’s collections.

Exchanges and store credit returns are complimentary.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale items, sample sale items, and items marked Final Sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Large Multi-Item Orders

To help maintain fairness and inventory availability for all clients, orders exceeding $1000 may be subject to store credit or exchange only if more than 70% of the order value is returned.

We reserve the right to limit refunds or apply alternative return methods for excessive return activity, repeated high-volume returns, or suspected wardrobing behavior.

Complimentary Fit & Styling Assistance

Need help selecting the right size or style? Our team is happy to assist with fit guidance and styling recommendations prior to purchase or exchange.

Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returns sent outside of our Returns Center may experience delays or may not be accepted

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for return processing once received

  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

IF YOU ORDER VIA FED-EX 2-DAY OR OVERNIGHT ON A THURSDAY OR FRIDAY AND WOULD LIKE SATURDAY DELIVERY, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@TRISHSCULLY.COM. 

EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 10AM PST TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SHIPPED OUT SAME DAY. ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10AM PST WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. 

FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING IS $14.99 WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US (HAWAII & ALASKA EXCLUDED). FEDEX 2-DAY EXPRESS IS $24.99. FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS $49.99. THESE RATES APPLY TO ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL US. EXPRESS SHIPPING CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOX, PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ARE NEEDED. 

ALASKA & HAWAII ORDERS SHIP 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RATE OF $45.00

ORDERS TO CANADA, MEXICO, SINGAPORE, IRELAND AND HONG KONG SHIP 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RATE OF $35. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.

UK ORDERS SHIP 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR $35. AUSTRALIA ORDERS SHIP 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR $30, INCLUDE DUTIES & TAXES. 

ORDERS TO ANY COUNTRY NOT MENTIONED ABOVE SHIP FOR $44, INCLUDING DUTIES & TAXES. 

We try our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days, however during peak season please allow up to 5 business days, with the exception of holidays. Ground shipments have a 5-7- business day average transit time. During the busy season's shipment processing can be delayed up to 4-6 business days. For items that are "pre-order", product will ship by date listed next to the product. Pre order release dates are estimates only and can ship before or after the stated date. 

Trish Scully is not responsible for mail loss, theft or incorrect and/or insufficient mailing address entries.

PRE ORDERS: Pre orders are estimated ship dates only, and can vary depending on the production process. If you have a specific event date, we advise not ordering a pre-order item and choosing something in stock. IF YOU ORDER A PRE ORDER ITEM MIXED WITH AVAILABLE TO SHIP NOW ITEMS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE PRE ORDER ITEM IS AVAILABLE, UNLESS YOUR ORDER VALUE IS ABOVE $200. WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO MAKE MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS AS A COURTESY. PLEASE ORDER SEPARATELY FOR PRE ORDER ITEMS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE IN STOCK ITEMS SOONER.
