The Trish Scully mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Trish Scully (“Trish Scully”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Trish Scully’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Trish Scully through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Trish Scully. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service via. email at info@trishscully.com, we have a team available to assist you M-F 9AM-5PM PST.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your order. Please also note that, once the refund is processed, the funds may take up to an additional 7 business days to appear on your statement. If you have any questions regarding the funds posting on your statement, we recommend you contact your bank directly.

We try our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days, however during peak season please allow up to 5 business days, with the exception of holidays. Ground shipments have a 5-7- business day average transit time. During the busy season's shipment processing can be delayed up to 4-6 business days. For items that are "pre-order", product will ship by date listed next to the product. Pre order release dates are estimates only and can ship before or after the stated date.

PRE ORDERS: Pre orders are estimated ship dates only, and can vary depending on the production process. If you have a specific event date, we advise not ordering a pre-order item and choosing something in stock.
